Background: 8 FL teenagers invite Victoria Lindsay, one of their “friends”, over and then proceed to beat her up and yell at her. 6 girls and 2 boys participated in the beating/videotaping. They planned on putting the video on Myspace. Apparently, The whole thing was video taped with the intent of putting it on Myspace. Apparently, Victoria was “trash talking” them on Myspace.
What Has Happened Since?: Plea Deals Galore….
According to this local paper. One of the defendants has just pleaded guilty and the others are soon to follow. It looks like the judge is going to go pretty easy on them. Probation, community service and apology letters seems to be the recipe for payback.
